Jason Jensen

Jason Jensen didn't start Glass Canvas from a place of success. He started it on the other side of a failed business, having lived through the kind of collapse that tests everything you believe about yourself and your future. That experience allows him to truly understand what most executives deal with in our modern age.
Out of that season, Glass Canvas was built with one mission: to accompany kingdom builders. Starting out as an agency, Through Glass Canvas, Jason has served numerous non-profit organizations in their strategy, marketing, and communications needs. He rallied dioceses and investors to help bring Tilma to life, a platform designed to interconnect parishes within a diocese and reimagine how the Church operates at a systems level.
From there, Glass Canvas became home to some of the most innovative initiatives in the North American Church, including Anthem Philly, Prime Matters, *Human Chicago, Unleash the Gospel, and Proclaim Vancouver. What gave the Glass Canvas strategy and consulting such an edge was the ability to see the heart of the matter and articulate that towards the unique goals of an organization.
Over two decades, Jason has led in deep relational accompaniment, corporate leadership, and entrepreneurship. This range gives him something most consultants don't have: the ability to sit across from a leader in any context, a bishop, a founder, an executive, and see all layers of what they are carrying.
He has personally accompanied dozens of leaders from all walks of life through organizational crises, personal transition, and the slow, hard work of building something that lasts.
Jason and his wife Mirjam are raising five beautiful kids in Vancouver, BC. He has also been a part of a covenantal men's group for over twenty years.
Jason works with leaders one-on-one through his coaching practice.
Jason is also co-founder of Glass Canvas Ministries, working to equip the Church to accompany the world better.
