What we’re looking for

You are a natural storyteller who transforms ideas into compelling content that resonates. You don’t just communicate—you engage, inspire, and guide people on a journey. Whether through crafting video, audio, written content, you instinctively choose the right medium and craft a narrative that brings ideas to life.

You excel at drawing out stories, insights, and wisdom from others. You know how to harness the expertise of subject matter experts, partners, and talent, shaping their knowledge into presentable and engaging content that connects with audiences. You are in tune with the realities of both the Church and the broader culture, understanding how to bridge the gap between them through compelling storytelling.

You are highly organized and thrive in managing the many moving parts of production. From ideation to completion, you have the ability to take a project from concept to final delivery. You coordinate with vendors and talent, oversee post-production, and interface with design to ensure every detail is executed well. With an eye for quality, an ear for great storytelling, and the leadership skills to unite creative and technical teams, you bring visions to reality. Your ability to balance storytelling with project management ensures that every piece of content is both compelling and effectively executed.

At Glass Canvas, our heart is to equip the Church with digital tools that enable authentic spiritual growth. As a Story Producer, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering content that supports this mission—helping churches, dioceses, and ministries engage their audiences in meaningful ways.

If you excel at crafting messages, leading productions, and creating impactful content, we’d love to hear from you.

About Glass Canvas

At Glass Canvas, we believe the Church can thrive in today’s digital age by leveraging tools that foster spiritual growth and authentic connection. That’s why we created Tilma—a platform designed to help Catholic, evangelical, and independent ministries cultivate resilient discipleship through innovative digital solutions.

Our next initiative, Companion, will support churches in walking alongside individuals on their faith journey. It provides personalized discipleship pathways, helping people set faith-centered goals, discover relevant resources, and engage more deeply with their communities.

We’re expanding into a Win / Build / Send ministry model—Win by reaching seekers with relevant content and opportunities for encounter, Build by strengthening discipleship and formation within the Church, and Send by equipping and supporting disciples to live their mission beyond Church walls. With Companion, we’re expanding the Church’s digital ecosystem to enhance formation, discipleship, and ministry impact.
