We are humbled to have run sprints with deeply faithful and inspiring ministries seeking to build God’s kingdom.
Diocese & Ministry Sprints
A multi-day strategy meeting that provides ministry leaders clarity about their identity and goals as an organization, a concrete framework to make decisions at every level of your organization, and a way to bring your team together in a way you have never experienced before.
Diocese Sprints
For Diocese leadership who desire to create a crystal clear vision, deep alignment across your team, the framework to make decisions that will move your team towards your vision, and space to hear and discern your charisms.
For ministries, non-profits, and churches who want to discover and articulate the vision and identity that God has given them, and create an organization aligned to this vision, and feel confident they are operating within God’s calling and anointing on them.
"When we first approached Glass Canvas, we had the same apprehensions many Christian organizations have in working with any external organization: Will they truly understand our Christian identity and respect the role of the Holy Spirit in guiding us? Will they recognize our institution’s distinct mission and charism? Will they be able to help us to serve our unique and dynamic community?
In Glass Canvas, we found a depth of experience and insight guided by a commitment to discerning the movement of the Holy Spirit. They were not merely a marketing and communications agency with a Christian veneer, but instead were professionals who shared the same Christian vision of the world that guides our university.
On a deeper level, Glass Canvas helped us to understand our own calling. They did not merely act as external consultations speaking to us about theory, but instead used their professional expertise to walk with us through the discernment process, “speaking the unspoken” and insisting that we did the same. We did not approach Glass Canvas unaware of who we were or who we served, but we left with a clearer articulation of what God is calling our institution to do and how he is inviting us to serve."

“The structure of the organization part is no longer everyone just throwing a bunch of things out there nor are we just responding to felt needs... we are responding to our calling."

“It almost feels like Moses, in his life, meeting someone who helped him unpack the significance of the burning bush—going back to the core encounter, the deepest revelation of God in your life. It’s not like, let’s talk about what kind of bush or what did the fire look like? It's the meaning behind who God is in your life and what that means for you. In a world that just looks at the surface, you see those and understand the deep significance and meaning behind them. You see the presence of God in this room. I was very struck by your ability to hear the Holy Spirit in what we were saying and what we weren’t saying. You were attentive to the Holy Spirit in a way that surprised me, and was so significant in our life. Like Moses, it’s so hard to categorize. It’s not easily categorized. So thank you.”

"I don't know how many core value exercises I've been through [like this]... You don't make up values. You discover them and they're part of who you are and they're part of the organization's history and how it is that you've operated and function. They're already there....Discerning what it is that God has uniquely and specifically called and anointed you to do is kinda like scales falling off my eyes when it comes to understanding how to get at the values."
Gordy DeMarais
Founder / President of SPO
“We’ve been operating with a spinning compass and now I see north. It's a true north and I don’t have to worry anymore. My compass works. What you haven’t articulated is that sprints are healing… It's like organizational therapy."

What does a Glass Canvas sprint consist of?
A Sprint is a virtual or in person five-day (total) intensive strategic planning session with your team and ours. These sessions create space to develop a core collective understanding and articulation of who you are as an organization, a filter to run decisions through, and the confidence to make sure you’re spending your time, energy, and money in a way that helps reach your goals most effectively.
At the end of a Sprint, you will walk away with tangible guidelines and strategy to carry out your brand’s mission. Every sprint is catered to your specific needs. These are some of the deliverables you can walk away with but will be determined in consultation with your team:
A Glass Canvas Sprint is one led by the Holy Spirit. We don’t just hand you recycled best practices, we listen to the Holy Spirit and operate as a sounding board to help unearth what God has already entrusted into your organization and then help you apply best practices that allow you to thrive within God’s calling on you.
"This is what I was hoping for— that you guys had a gift of the Holy Spirit that could help others, with the Holy Spirit, to come to unleash their charism more. That was the hope. And you have a unique gift. I don’t know any other organization that could do this.. An actual gift of the Holy Spirit to help other spiritual organizations discern what the Lord has for them."
